This week, we released yet another wave of updated features and improvements for Aquro developers!




MAY 19TH



New Features:

  • Scheduled Cloud Actions. Available now for Premium level apps, you’re now able to schedule one-time and recurring executions of Cloud Action scripts.
  • Application-wide events. Under the scripts tab on your Master Page, you’ll now find a list of application-wide events you can use application-wide events in scripts.
  • Delete Cloud DB collections. It is now possible to manually delete cloud database collections. You’ll find this functionality in the App Manager, and will need to have account administrator permissions.
  • CSV to cloud collection import. It is now possible to import CSV data into a cloud collection. You’ll find this functionality in the App Manager, and will need to have account administrator permissions.
  • Cloud collection to CSV export. It is now possible to export a cloud collection to a CSV file. You’ll find this functionality in the App Manager, and will need to have account administrator permissions.
  • Email attachments. When using the Email service to send emails out to your app users, you may now attach files as attachments.


UI Changes

  • The content folder in the App Studio has been renamed to “resources” to avoid confusion with the recently added Content Management functionality.
  • The Task Management section of the App Studio has received various UI updates.
  • Renamed “Cloud sync” to “Cloud Data” in the App Manager.


Bug Fixes

  • When adding a new cloud action, the list wasn’t getting updated automatically.
  • When deleting an account from the login list on the login page, the list could in some cases become invalid.
